I’m here to help women feel in sync with their bodies and reclaim their health
My mission is to help women feel in sync with their bodies through a personalized approach that addresses the root causes of symptoms like brain fog, unexplained weight gain, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues. Together, we focus on underlying factors so we can reverse your symptoms for good.
My Values
Individualization
Our bodies are intricately complex and uniquely different from one another. Treatment should reflect this. Providing individualized care is at the core of my services
Evidence-based
I deliver a science-based approach that encourages my clients to be less reliant on medications and to manage chronic conditions through proper nutrition
Empathy
I don’t counsel my clients without listening to their stories first. Showing empathy is foundational to my counseling philosophy
Empowerment
I am passionate about educating my clients to empower them to advocate for themselves, and to help them live their healthiest and fullest lives
If you are …
…a woman who has been dealing with what feels like chronic fatigue and brain fog no matter how much you sleep. You constantly crave sugar, salt, and fat. Digestive issues keep you from enjoying food.
At this point you’ve visited your doctor and multiple other specialists, just to hear that your issues are stemming from stress and that you need to “stress less.”
THIS Is for you
Like you, many women find themselves trapped in a cycle of exhaustion and discomfort, desperately wanting to reclaim their vitality. Their stories resonate deeply with me, as I’ve witnessed countless clients navigating similar struggles over the years.
Too often, I’ve worked with women affected by fatigue despite ample rest. I’ve treated women struggling with hormonal conditions like PCOS and/or irregular menstrual cycles. I’ve supported many others overcoming fertility hurdles, coping with various digestive issues, or contending with autoimmune conditions that, in some cases, took years for their doctor to diagnose.
Driven by a passion to address these common challenges and to help women feel in sync with their bodies, I founded Ceres Nutrition: named after the Roman goddess of agriculture, fertility and motherly relationships.
My Focus
Women account for 80% of people who suffer from autoimmune conditions. Issues with fertility and symptoms like extreme fatigue, difficulty managing weight, and brain fog leave women feeling hopeless, frustrated, and out of sync with their own bodies.
Pairing this with the fact that women experience unique health situations throughout their lives – from menstruation to pregnancy and postpartum, all the way to menopause through post menopause – the extra support, attention, and care that women require and deserve is something I feel deeply about.
At Ceres Nutrition, my goal is to support women through their unique health challenges so they can reclaim their health and feel their best.
