I’m Cristina, a Registered and Licensed Dietitian specializing in women’s health and root-cause healing. Through my Deep Fix Program, I combine clinical and functional nutrition principles to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms and help your body heal as a whole – so issues like fatigue, digestive problems, stubborn weight gain, hormone imbalances, and other thyroid-related symptoms stop keeping you stuck in the same cycle.

Registered Dietitians (RDs) are the only nutrition professionals legally regulated by the federal government. To earn the credential, I completed an accredited graduate program, 1200 hours supervised clinical hours, and a national board exam.
As a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN), I am also licensed by New York State to provide medical nutrition therapy.

I didn’t set out to be a dietitian — I became one after years of watching women struggle to get real answers about their health.
My own curiosity about food and wellness led me from following the pre-medical track at Johns Hopkins University to earning my Master’s at NYU, and eventually founding Ceres Nutrition — a practice devoted to helping women heal from the inside out.
